When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Eurostars Embassy in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the hotel's garage has a 90-degree curved driveway and is therefore only suitable for vehicles up to a width of 2 metres and a length of 4.5 metres. For larger vehicles, a parking garage 500 metres away can be used.

Please note that if you book breakfast on site instead of booking it with your reservation, a higher surcharge applies.

For reservations of more than 3 rooms or more than 6 nights, the guests will be contacted for a change in the cancellation policy.
