  : There were just 3 sets of towels, despite we booked for 4 people. The towels and the pillows were very old and kind of smelly. No hand soap in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall not very clean.

  : Close to ground public transport, quiet area. Pretty quick response from the owner to the request to change the bed linen (it was smoky).
  : Pay more attention to cleaning the floor, such as under the bed or inside the closet. Pay attention to bed linen and towels, we got with a strong gasp of cigarettes.

  : - The facilities were more or less OK- One of the beds was OK- The were draperies
  : - The heating didnt work at all (!!!). We tried to call the property owner but didnt pick up the phone. On the third day weve got an additional electric radiator but until then, we were freezing in the first 2 nights. Inhumane- Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator- Overall the apartment was dirty, dust everywhere- The hairdrier overheated after two minutes and turned off. We couldnt clean it because we couldnt remove the back part. It was really hard to dry our hair like this.- There was no shower gel, napkin, handwash, only a half roll toilet paper- There was a tv but the HDMI cable was missing so we couldnt use it- One of the beds was really uncomfortable, because there was a wooden beam in it sticking your back

  : It was close to the city center and the place was spacious.
  : It was not cleaned when we arrived at 17:00, we ordered a room for 3, but there was only one set of sheets and towels for one, which was used. The toilet was dirty and the trash was full. I had to call them multiple times, as they didn't respond in Booking. They answered the phone once and told me they'll call the cleaning lady. I called them multiple times the same night to confirm if the room was cleaned so I know what to do but was ignored. Eventually hey replaced the sheets and brought pillows.They said they'll clean the toilet and provide toilet paper but that never happened. No toilet amenities like soap or shower gel either. Dirty and smelly place. Alsp the towel smelled like tobacco and mold.If you have problems don't expect them to try and do much about it. And they rarely respond in booking or pick their phones. Also they seem to use the same key for multiple apartments which is awful security concern.Stay away.
